“Winey” Wednesday – Disney’s Food & Wine Review – China

Our next stop is China for some delicious treats.  As we were experience the flavors of China, we decided to rest and take in the beautiful view around World Showcase Lagoon.   It is fascinating to see how Disney has immersed you into each of the 11 countries, yet as you look out across all of Epcot you see one cohesive land.  I love just walking around World Showcase and learning something new about each land.  Today our new experience was tasting pot stickers and the Happy Peach Drink.

CHICKEN POT STICKERS/TSINGTAO LAGER – $4.00/$3.50

The pot sticker had good flavor but the dough was chewy.  The richness of the chicken had a good taste and the dipping sauce really helped to bring all the flavors together.  The Tsingtao beer had a bitter taste and my husband said he would consider pairing it with a different item other than the pot stickers.

HAPPY PEACH – $8.75

I probably could have had more than one of these, but I hadn’t had all that much to eat at this point.  The peach flavor was amazing and having it served on ice really made it enjoyable.  It was cool and refreshing and I’m sure when I go back this will be on my list of things to drink again.

As you can see from the China menu there are many more things to try.  Let me show you how you can have a fun fall getaway at Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival in 2017.
