As we made our way around the countries I was super excited that Brazil was back with their Brazilian Cheese Bread. If you haven’t had a chance to try these, I highly recommend stopping by Brazil to get this heavenly cheese snack. Both Little Mouse and I had an order of these so this actually counted as our 3rd and 4th stamps. For those who need to choose items that are gluten free, this is a incredible choice as I know how hard it is to find good gluten free bread. As those who know who have to eat gluten free, it is very challenging finding a bread that actually tastes like bread. I’m happy to share that these are the most amazing little cheese balls of happiness that are out there. It sure makes those who have to have gluten free feel like they are finally getting a bread treat. These come with 2 little cheese balls on the plate and are a little bigger which makes them very filling. I also think that there is more cheese in the center of these which makes them even more creamy and delicious. The cheese is smooth and has a mild flavor but I do suggest sharing them with a friend as they are very rich and dense. These are worth the cost and a great non-sweet treat.
