As the Little Mouse and I headed around the last turn, she decided that she wanted the cheese and bacon soup. I love Canada for the Beef Filet Mignon, but since we were on the hunt for delicious cheese snacks, she decided she wanted to sample this. This will give us our final stamp and then we can head on to get our ”free” reward for finishing Emile’s Fromage Montage. Part 6 will be the final adventure with Emile.

Little Mouse has tried this delectable cheesy soup before but here is her most recent review of this Canadian must have. The soup had a nice smoky flavor from the bacon and had a rich cheesy flavor. The creamy and smooth texture made this soup extremely appetizing. The pretzel bread was a wonderful dipping feature to eat the soup and then to soak up the rest that was left in the bottom. This is a treat that is also easy to carry around and eat. She definitely feels it is worth the cost and I’m almost sure she will be back for more during this Food & Wine Festival.
