This delectable drink from Amorette’s was a 4th of July hit. Unfortunately this star-spangled treat was only here for the 4th but we can hope that it will return next year. Amorette’s offers so many exceptional desserts I recommend trying multiple things and going back often. I’d love to hear what your favorite dessert or food is from Amorette’s.

This was a sweet but tasty drink. The two flavors of slushy, blue raspberry and strawberry lemonade, are separated by a smooth, rich Chantilly cream. The richness of the cream really separates the two slushy flavors and lets you enjoy each one separately or you can choose to mix them all together for a very sour taste. If you look closely at the top of the whip cream you will see red/blue sprinkles. I thought they were sprinkles but to my surprise they were pop rocks. I love that they found a fun way to add pop rocks to a drink to give you that firecracker effect. Be careful not to drink this too quick, brain freeze is a real thing. Althought this drink is gone for this year I will be keeping my eyes on Amorette’s for other fantastic drinks to try.
