How many of you have participated in a runDisney event? Do you have an event you look forward to every year? Have you ever wished to participate in a runDisney event? I’m excited to share that this is the first time I’ve participated in the Star Wars Rival Run. Even though it was another virtual event, it was still so much fun to complete.

I began my runDisney journey 6 years ago when I participated in my first runDisney virtual summer series. I have knee problems which resulted in multiple surgeries, so this was a great motivator to get out and walk to strengthen my knees. I had so much fun that it kept me walking year round and I’ve participated in the runDisney virtual summer series every year since. I am registered for “The Lion King” runDisney virtual summer series this summer and super excited to be doing these events with my daughter. We will be doing the virtual challenge which means completing a 5k in June, July and August. It is so much fun and we love walking through the Disney parks to complete a 5k. How many of you are registered for “The Lion King” runDisney virtual summer series?

Last year I participated in the Princess Marathon at Disney World finishing the 5k event in Epcot. I also did the virtual Wine & Dine 5k event.

So far this year I’ve completed the Disney Marathon 5k and 10k, the Princess Marathon 5k and 10k and now the Star Wars Rival Run 5k. (My daughter also did the Disney Marathon 10k and the Princess Marathon 10k). All of these have been held virtual this year, but I am super excited for the in-person events to begin again. I am hopeful that these in-person marathons will begin again in 2022, but I am waiting to hear whether the Wine & Dine event will be in-person this year or virtual again. How many want to participate in the Wine & Dine event with me? We could make The Infinity Mouse a fun runDisney event.
