If you are planning to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland between May 31 (OPENING DAY) and June 23, 2019, you will need a valid theme park admission as well as a reservation to Star Wars Land. There is no charge for the reservation and reservations are subject to availability, but you will need this in order to even get into the land between May 31st and June 23rd.

Here are some important things you will want to know if you’re going. As a travel agent we can’t make those reservations for you. You will need to set up a Disney Account on Disneyland.com and be registered. The registration process will open at 10:00am PT on May 2nd. If this is something you really want to do, I highly recommend being on right at 10:00am PT to even have a chance to get your reservation. (Make sure you already have your account set up and are not trying to set it up at 10:00am)

You can also ensure that you will get a reservation to Star Wars Land if you book a stay at one of the three on property hotels in Disneyland. So for example, if you have a reservation at Paradise Pier from June 8th – 10th, then all of those who are staying with your party during that time will be guaranteed a reservation to visit Star Wars Land during your stay. However, if you cancel your hotel reservation, your reservation to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will also be cancelled.
