Holiday Cookie Stroll – Epcot

Post by MickeyMouse71   /

I had so much fun doing the Holiday Cookie Stroll in Epcot. The cookies were amazing and the weather today was a little cool but sunny. Before you begin on your cookie adventure remember to grab your Festival Passport and then remember to have the back of your booklet stamped as you try each cookie. If you get all five cookies then you can pick up your free Santa Mickey Sugar Cookie at Holiday Sweets and Treats where they also give you milk. Who doesn’t need milk with their cookies? Keep in mind you don’t have to do all the cookies in one day and you have until December 30th to pick up your free cookie when you finally try all five cookies. Below are pictures of all the cookies and what I thought of each one. I hope you enjoy trying all these cookies as much as I did. Let me know what your favorite cookie is. Mine was the Chocolate Crinkle Cookie, but the Black and White Cookie was a close second.

I started my stroll by heading to the left (towards Mexico) as you enter World Showcase. The first stop is Feast of Three Kings – Chocolate Crinkle Cookie. Your next stop won’t be until you reach Germany, but it is worth the walk. Here you will find the Bavarian Holiday Kitchen – Linzer Cookie. As you’re snacking on this delectable cookie don’t forget to stop at the American Adventure to grab your Gingerbread Cookie at American Holiday Table. You can take a little break as you enjoy Japan and Morocco before getting to L’Chaim! Holiday Kitchen – Black and White Cookie. This is a good place to take in the beautiful scenery before heading over the bridge towards the United Kingdom and on to Canada. In Canada look for the Yukon Holiday Kitchen – Peppermint Pinwheel Cookie. By this point you will definitely need some water or something else to help wash down all the different cookie tastes. Since I managed to try all five cookies I headed on to Holiday Sweets and Treats – Santa Mickey Sugar Cookie, where I earned my complimentary cookie and milk. I had a fantastic time doing the Holiday Cookie Stroll and I hope you have as much fun as I did.

Chocolate Crinkle Cookie – This was my first cookie and had nothing to do with my picking this one as my favorite, I just thought it was amazing. It was soft and the chocolate flavor was delicious. I love the powdered sugar which adds so much flavor
Linzer Cookie – I love this type of cookie with the jelly filling. The cookie had a good taste but had a little too much powdered sugar. I really like how this cookie looks, so pretty!
Gingerbread Cookie – This cookie had a good mix of crunch with soft, which is a hard balance to find. I also thought there was a good amount of ginger without it being too overpowering.
Black and White Cookie – Oh my…where do I begin. This cookie was a close second. I loved the mix of white and milk chocolate. The cookie itself was fabulous. It was fluffy and soft with a little sweet flavoring in the cookie, might have been lemon. I loved it!!
Peppermint Pinwheel Cookie – This was always a favorite cookie of mine when I was little. The peppermint flavoring was wonderful and I loved the taste of the cookie. The sprinkles added a little something as you bit into the cookie.
Santa Mickey Sugar Cookie – I think the best part of this cookie was the chocolate Santa hat. The cookie was a little bland but the chocolate helped the overall taste. This was a fun way to end my Holiday Cookie Stroll.
