Just when I think I’ve seen all the gingerbread houses, I find one at The American Adventure in Epcot. I was pretty excited to see this one and to look at all the little details that can be found on this display. The iconic landmarks are simply magnificent and displayed in such a beautiful building. (I love The American Adventure). This display brings me back to my visit to our nations capitol a few years ago which I vividly remembered how captivated I was by the LIncoln Memorial. The enormity of this memorial and location were breathtaking. The bakers and designers of this gingerbread display did an outstanding job of bringing the Lincoln Memorial to life through the use of gingerbread and icing, simply amazing. Like with everything Disney, you won’t want to forget to look for the hidden Mickey’s, there are 8 of them.
