First Look – Guidemap for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland
Only 7 days until Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens at Disneyland. Here is a first look at the guidmaps to this 14-acre land. This is the largest land expansion ever at a Disney park. It also has the most advanced techology ever seen. These immersive experiences will include sounds, smells, sights and tastes that haven’t ever been seen, or smelled, before.
As you can see from the maps there are 3 new entrances to this land. For those who have been to Disneyland before you will probably recognize these entrances and know how to find Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
You will need a special ticket to enter Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge from May 31st (opening day) through June 23rd. After that the land is expected to open to the general public without the special ticket. They are still expecting long lines just to enter the land beginning June 24th, but by the looks of it, the wait will be worth it. From an incredible ride on the Millennium Falcon to the cantina located on the Outer Rim, you and your family will be able to create your own unique adventure. Keep an eye out for exotic creatures and the Resistance, you never know what surprises Disney has created. Don’t forget to come with an appetite since there is plenty of choices for extraordinary and one-of-a-kind Star Wars foods. Droid Depot and Savi’s Workshop is going to provide you with opportunities to build your own lightsabers and purchase new Galaxy’s Edge merchandise.
For those who are a bit more tech savy be sure and check out the maps on Disneyland.com and on the mobile app. This is a great way to navigate around the park by using your mobile device. As a friendly reminder, remember that data rates may apply and coverage may be limited. Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is sure to be something that you will never forget. If you are excited to see this new land, let me know how I can help make your dreams come true.
