Let’s continue our cheese adventure in Germany. Little Mouse decided she waned to try Schinkennudeln – a German Pasta Gratin. I knew this was one that I couldn’t even sample because of the onions, but I’m so glad that she is adventurous and likes to give new things a try. Following is Little Mouse’s review: The overall taste was good. There could have been a little less onion as that seemed a little overpowering to the other flavors. The cheese had a pleasant crunch on top and was creamy in the middle. The ham was mild and had a smoky flavor, but didn’t stand out due to the onion taste. It was worth the price and she said she would eat it again.
