Spring has sprung early again this year in Disney World with the beginning of The International Flower & Garden Festival.  It was amazing to be here on opening day and to see the spectacular flowers in bloom and to enjoy the warm sunshine.

Highlights for the 2017 event include:

• More than 70 Disney-themed topiaries located throughout Epcot including Belle and the Beast, Bambi, Thumper and Flower, (so many to list but these are some of my favorites)

• Vibrant flowers of all different colors placed throughout the entire park

• Kitchen kiosks featuring small samples of different cultural foods, alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments along with new food and drink choices for 2017

• “Garden Rocks” Outdoor Concert Series featuring fan-favorite bands

• Exhibits, seminars and how-to demonstrations on planting your spring to make your summer flowers stunning

This event is included in your Admission to Epcot and most Festival events are included.  However, some experiences will require a separate purchase or admission fee.  This flowering event runs from March 1 to May 29, 2017 and you won’t want to miss this exciting event.  There is so much to see and do you will be able to experience something new each time you visit.
