So now you’ve planned your vacation and it is time to think about dining reservations.  Those elusive dining reservations.  It is hard for most of us to plan a vacation 6 months out, let alone what we want to eat in 6 months.  Here are some helpful tips for getting those special dining reservations.

Dining reservations can be made 180 days before you check-in.  If you look on your My Disney Experience account it will show you how many days until your vacation.  You don’t have to worry about counting backwards to get the exact date.  At 6:00am EST you can go online to make your reservations.  If you would prefer to call Disney Dining you will have to wait until 7:00am EST.  The phone number is 1-407-WDW-DINE or 1-407-939-3463.  These cast members will be able to hep you schedule your dining plans.  However if you are really hoping for a special location, like Be Our Guest or Cinderella’s Royal Table, then I suggest you be ready to go online to make your reservation at 6:00am.  If you are staying onsite at a Walk Disney World Resort, you can make up to 10 days worth of dining reservations.

These are a few simple tips, but can be very complicated when trying to get these dining reservations all scheduled.  You will need to think about which parks are open at what times?  Where are the restaurants located in relation to the rides and activities that you want to do?  Will my FastPass+ selections (which you can choose 60 days before your check-in date) interfere with our dining reservations?  Which restaurants do I really need a reservation for and which can I get at a later date?  These are just a few of the questions that I am here to answer and help you with.  If you allow me to plan your itinerary for your trip, I will sprinkle some pixie dust on your vacation dreams to help you get all of your dining reservations that you are looking for.  I will also help you to see which locations you need a reservation for and how the locations might fit into your schedule so that you can enjoy each of the parks without having to search for food.
