Disney World through the eyes of a teenager – Part 1
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a high school student in Disney World with your closest music friends? Well each day for the next 6 days I am going to help you see through the eyes of a high school student the excitement and enjoyment that this kind of a trip brings.
Being a teenager is hard, but having music friends sure makes it more fun and tolerable. So how cool is it that you get to travel to Disney World with those friends and enjoy the magic of Disney. Well here is how the day started. Lots and lots (and lots) of students showing up at the airport as the sun is rising. Then figuring out how to get all these students from the check in location, through TSA security and then finally to the gate where they will take off for the adventure of a lifetime. The plane ride was fun but then the Magical Express ride from the airport to the hotel seem to take forever. Then, after what seems a lifetime, you finally arrive and see those big beautiful letters spelling out ALL-STAR MUSIC RESORT. You know you have reached the destination so let the fun begin. First is a pizza party and then the decision to go swimming or head to Disney Springs. For those who want to brave the cold Florida temperatures, (there was a frost warning last night) swimming is the perfect choice. For those who wish to do a little shopping, Disney Springs it is. Either one is exhilarating when having the time to spend it with your friends. Now comes the hard part, winding down to head to bed. Tomorrow is a whole day at Magic Kingdom which will begin early. Good night and sleep good.
