Sleepy Hollow… sounds like a scary place.  Well in Disney World it is definitely one of the happiest places.  This Sleepy Hollow location is a snack destination that should be on your “must stop at list” during your vacation.

You can find this snack place to the left of the castle on your way to Liberty Square.  As you cross over the bridge (don’t forget to take a picture of the castle, this is a great place for that family photo) it is on your right hand side.  Here you can find a variety of funnel cakes, an ice cream cookie sandwich, and waffle sandwiches with a variety of toppings.   This is also a great place to use that snack credit if you are on the Disney Dining Plan.  My favorite snack here is the fresh fruit waffle sandwich with chocolate hazelnut spread.  It is a magnificent combination of sweet and savory and a treat you won’t want to miss!

Along with the food this is a fantastic place to rest your feet and watch as people rush by to get to that next ride.  Take some time to relax, re-energize, and to enjoy where Sleepy Hollow is located. There are many fun facts about Liberty Square and this is a great time to gaze into that big tree in the middle of the square and wonder why all the lanterns are hanging there?  Or maybe wonder why the street is a different color as it runs through the center of town?  How about the lanterns in the window or rifle in the window?  If you haven’t noticed some of these things in Liberty Square this would be a good time to take a few minutes and look at some of the amazing things Disney Imagineers have added to this area.  Keep and eye out for a blog where I will give you all the answers to the questions above and more snack and restaurant “not to miss” locations.
