How many of you have been to the Butterfly House at Disney’s Flower & Garden Festival in Epcot? This area is so beautiful and there are plenty of things to see and do while inside the house. Although it is called the Butterfly House, and there are dozens of butterflies, you will also see an abundance of flowers that might inspire you to plant some of these in your yard. The colors are extraordinary and I love the way they have planted different types of flowers together. Hopefully it will inspire you on ways to bring rich color to your yards and also to attract butterflies.

Additionally there is so much you can learn while in the Butterfly House. There are different signs that you can read to learn about butterflies, their lifecycles and even tips on horticulture. If you’re lucky you might even get to see one emerge from a chrysalis in one of the boxes placed throughout the area.

Don’t forget to ask lots of questions to the cast members, that is what they are there for. They also might have some fun things to share with you about butterflies and flowers. Enjoy the Butterfly House the next time you’re in Epcot, you won’t be disappointed.
