So what’s a browkie? Can you believe that someone came up with the idea of combining a brownie and a cookie together to make one delicious dessert? I guess I’ve probably had one before just didn’t know it had an official name. So now I know and wow…why haven’t I had these more often. Now I’m on a mission to try and find other ones to try. Let me know if you have found any others in Disney that I should be setting my sights on.

Let’s start with how incredibly moist and chewy the brownie was. I love the gooey part of the brownie, not the crispy edges, and this had plenty of gooey. The cookie was delicious but in the ratio of brownie to cookie, there definitely could have been more cookie. (I can’t believe I just said that). There was the little headless horseman white chocolate on the top which was a nice little treat in itself. I would definitely recommend giving this dessert a try if you’re at the Villains After Hours event.
