Temperatures are rising here in Florida and I found a cute little food cart in Disney Springs that is a perfect treat in the heat. Vivoli Il Gelato has a tasty selection of flavors and I decided to try the lemoncello. This tasted like a frozen lemonade except a little smoother, but not as smooth as gelato usually is. It started out with a crisp taste and as it melted turned smooth. The lemon flavor was strong, which I loved, but not as strong as eating a fresh lemon. I thought the balance was just right and very refreshing on a hot day. The small is $5.59 and the large is $6.67. I would recommend trying one of these delicious gelato flavors and then finding a cool spot to enjoy it before it melts.
