Tour Thursday – Wilderness Lodge – Cascade Cabins

Post by MickeyMouse71   /

These cabins are absolutely amazing and I’m so thankful that recently I was able to take a private tour. The Cascade Cabins are part of the Disney Vacation Club and can be found at the beautiful Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. They are positioned right at the waters edge and you are only a short boat ride away from Magic Kingdom, where dreams come true. I couldn’t believe how spacious they were both inside and out. The screened in porch really extends the living area and gives you a place where you can enjoy the outdoors without worrying about all of the bugs and well let’s be honest, the critters. (However, remember you are staying in a place where these critters will be seen and are part of the ambiance). So, be sure and stay aware of your surroundings and you will experience the trip of a lifetime. There is also a hot tub located on the screened in porch and is a wonderful way to come back after a long day at the parks and relax. These cabins can sleep up to 8 adults; 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen-size sleeper sofa, 1 Single pull down bed and 1 Twin-size sleeper chair. Don’t forget the double-sided stone hearth fireplace when you’re ready to relax and if you need to do any laundry a stacked washer and dryer is there for your convenience. The pictures below will give you an idea of how magnificent these cabins are and the stunning beauty of where they are located.

I also took this time to look around the rest of Disney’s Wilderness Lodge property and I have to admit this would be an extraordinary place to stay. The log cabin feeling really brought me back to where I’m from, Colorado. You are completely immersed into a wilderness and it is almost indescribable. If you are looking for a different type of magical vacation to Disney World, let me know how I can help you experience Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.
