Fun Fact Friday – Passholder Perks

Post by MickeyMouse71   /

Ever wonder what magic Disney has for Passholders?  I wondered for a long time and then finally became a Passholder 1  1/2 years ago and have enjoyed it more than I thought.  I have learned through trial and error what perks are offered, where to asks for discounts and how many things I have missed by not living in the area.  It has been fun to be a Passholder in Colorado, but it is even more fun now that I am here in Florida.  I’m going to list a few fun things to look for if you are a Passholder and if you aren’t, then these things might just convince you to become a Passholder.

Here are a couple of the fun perks that can be found at Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival for 2018.  After your 1st visit you receive a magnet with Mickey in his chef hat and after 4 visits you receive a cutting board, which I have to say is so cute.  (I can’t wait to find somewhere to display this).

These are fun perks being offered for the festival this year, but there are many other discounts that you can receive as a Passholder year round.  At select dining locations you will receive 10-20% off and when shopping for new merchandise don’t forget to ask if they offer Passholder discounts which could also be 10-20% off.  There are also many discounts for tours, recreation and events throughout the year.  Be sure to visit the link below to see everywhere that Passholders receive discounts.

In addition to the discounts, Passholders can sign up for special events.  I’m ecstatic to get registered to attend the V.I.PASSHOLDER night in October which is being held at Epcot.  I can’t wait to share what happens at one of these events and my joy and excitment to attend is overwhelming as it seems to be so far away.  Look for pictures and information of the event in the future as I’m sure Disney has some fun magic to share with their Passholders.

There are so many discounts to keep straight if you are a Passholder but remember these few things; parking at the parks is free, always ask if a Passholder discount is offered and be prepared to show your Passholder card and ID for all discounts.

Whether you are heading to Disney for a fun vacation or visit frequently, I hope that you enjoy all the magic that Disney has to offer.
