Disney’s After Hours Event Nights at Magic Kingdom

Post by MickeyMouse71   /

Last Spring Disney introduced the After Hours event nights at Magic Kingdom Park.  Sadly, it only lasted a few months and most of that was probably due to the high price of the ticket, $149.00.  I’m excited to share that this event has returned for 7 dates between January and March and they have lowered the price to $119.00.

As in the past as a ticket holder you will be admitted into the park at 7:00pm which gives you time to enjoy the park’s nightly “Wishes” fireworks and “Once Upon a Time” castle show and then remain in the park for an additional 3 hours past the park’s scheduled closing time.  This event is limited to a small number of guests which will allow plenty of time for you to enjoy many of the most popular attractions that will be open.  In addition, ice cream novelties, popcorn and select beverages are included in the cost of the ticket.

Although this still seems like a pricey event for 3 hours, the most priceless part of your evening will be when you are ready to leave and can view the Castle, The Partner’s Statue and Main Street U.S.A. with a very small number of people.  This is a perfect opportunity for that once in a lifetime photo.

I’ve had the pleasure of getting to view these locations with almost no one in the park and love sharing these pictures so that everyone can enjoy how peaceful and beautiful Magic Kingdom is at night.

Below you will find a list of the attractions that will be operating during the After Hours event.
