Disneyland Resort Diamond Celebration will continue through September 5th, 2016  

There is still plenty of time to participate in this amazing celebration.  You won’t want to miss seeing the beautiful Diamond decorations throughout Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Parks.  You can experience the “Paint the Night” Parade and the “Disneyland Forever” Fireworks in Disneyland and enjoy the new “World of Color – Celebrate!” in Disney California Adventure Park.  Along with these 60th Anniversary Celebrations there are still new and exciting food options and merchandise.

New and exciting Star Wars-Inspired Experiences that will take place in Tomorrowland at Disneyland and at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Florida

You can feel as if you are being transported to a galaxy far, far away with this new Star Wars experience.  Venture inside Stars Wars Launch Bay to interact with some of your favorite Star Wars characters, or enjoy a ride on the re-imagined Space Mountain – Hyperspace Mountain where you will engage in a dog fight between X-Wing and TIE fighters.

Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters is coming to Disney California Adventure Park

Opening in early 2016, to help celebrate race day in Radiator Springs, Luigi and his cousins will display their Italian hometown dances with guests as they experience this new ride.

“Frozen” Inspired Stage Musical is coming to Disney California Adventure Park

In the summer of 2016 the Hyperion Theater in Disney California Adventure Park will be the new home to “Frozen” –  the all new theatrical production.

Soarin’ Around the World is coming to Disney California Adventure Park and EPCOT

A whole new world will be awaiting when you embark on this new journey in 2016.  This ride will now take you Soarin’ around the world instead of just through the sights and sounds of California.

New Food & Beverage Locations and Offerings

In Disneyland Park the River Belle Terrace and Rancho del Zocalo will be new restaurant experiences.  Tiffins at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park is an exciting new food location.  Jungle Skipper Canteen (pictured) is a new restaurant and will be a welcome addition to the food locations in Magic Kingdom Theme Park.

“Symphony in the Stars” – A Galactic Spectacular Fireworks

At Disney’s Hollywood Studios you can complete your day in a galaxy far, far away and enjoy a firework finale that brings Star Wars to life.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be host to new evening events

“Rivers of Light” is a new show featuring floating lanterns, water screens and animal imagery that will bring the nighttime to life.  “Kilimanjaro Safaris After Sunset” will allow you to travel the African savanna as the sun is setting.  This will begin as Animal Kingdom extends daily hours this Spring.

The Invicitus Games at ESPN Wide world of Sports Complex

For the first time ever, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex will be host to the Invictus Games, May 8-12, 2016.  These games celebrate our wounded servicemen and women from around the world who will complete in a variety of sports.

EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival

The Flower & Garden Festival returns for an even longer time this year, from March 2 – May 30,2016.  This will give you ample opportunity to come and see the stunning gardens and energy filled entertainment.

New “Frozen” Ever After Attraction and “Frozen” Character Greetings at EPCOT

The Norway Pavilion will be home to Elsa’s new attraction, “Frozen” Ever After which will transport you into the world of Arendelle and Elsa’s ice palace.  You will also have the opportunity for a new meet and greet with the royal sisters, Anna and Elsa.

EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will return to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.  Halloween Time in Disneyland will also be returning to the parks for another exciting year.
